NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
The $500 Gift Card Drawing (“Drawing”) is sponsored by HF Sinclair (referred to hereinafter as “Sinclair” or “Sponsor”). Sponsor and its affiliates, and any other companies or agencies associated with the Drawing (such as advertising, promotion, prize providers, fulfillment or judging agencies), together, hereinafter will be referred to as the “Drawing Entities.”
Participation in the Drawing constitutes the entrant's (“Entrant” or “you” or “your”) full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions and interpretations of the Drawing Entities, which are final on all matters relating to the Drawing.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person regardless of the method of entry used, and a limit of one (1) prize per person.
ELIGIBILITY: The Drawing is open to residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Ohio and Rhode Island, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Sinclair and its Entities, and its present direct and indirect parents, affiliates, successors, partners and subsidiaries (“Employee(s)”) are not eligible to participate. The immediate families or household members of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Drawing is governed by U.S. law, is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER:
To enter, eligible participants must complete the online survey in its entirety during the Promotion Period. Upon successful completion and submission of the survey, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Limit one (1) entry per person via this method. Incomplete or duplicate survey responses will not be counted. Internet access is required to participate via this method.
FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: Participants can also send an email with the subject line “Loyalty Drawing Entry” to Promotions@HFSinclair.com during the Promotion Period to receive their entry into the Drawing.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on September 12, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on October 10, 2025 (“the Promotion Period”). Only one (1) entry per person is allowed for the entire Promotion Period regardless of the method of entry; duplicate entries by the same individual will be disqualified. If a person enters more than one (1) time, all entries from such individual may be disqualified.
PRIVACY: When you enter the Drawing, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Sponsor. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Drawing and does not improve your chances of winning. Any information you submit as part of the Drawing will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
PRIZES FOR DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize is available: $500 in funds via DINOPAY® (10 transactions, $50 each). Five (5) runners-up prizes are available: $50 in funds via DINOPAY® (one time use; each have an approximate retail value of $50). Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. A list of winners can be obtained at Sinclairoil.com. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded and other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. No transfer of prize is permitted by Winners. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. Unclaimed or rejected prizes may not be awarded, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any unclaimed or rejected prizes to alternate entrants. Sponsor will arrange for delivery of prize to the Winners depending on the location of each Winner.
WINNER NOTIFICATION/VALIDATION: The grand prize winner and other selected entries will be chosen at random on August 13, 2025. Winners will be notified via email on August 15, 2025. Winner will have ten (10) calendar days from notification to respond. All potential Winners are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor the Drawing Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, delayed, or damaged mail or notifications.
RELEASE, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, and DISPUTES: By participating in the Drawing, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (and any and all of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies) and the Drawing Entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Drawing, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Drawing; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Drawing or the processing of entries; or (e) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Drawing or receipt or use of any prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or on any mobile application, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Drawing or downloading any materials in this Drawing. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action related in any way to the Drawing or any prize that the Released Parties’ combined total liability shall not exceed the cost of entering and participating in the Drawing or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any other type of damages or fees, including but not limited to attorney’s fees or punitive, consequential, lost profits or opportunities, direct, or indirect damages.
By entering the Drawing, Entrants also agree that any and all disputes, claims, lawsuits, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Drawing or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS OR MASS ACTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants and Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Drawing and any prize, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with United States law and the state laws of Utah (without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-rules of any jurisdiction). Any legal proceedings arising out of this Drawing, any prize, or relating to these Official Rules in any way shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in Utah, and Entrants and Sponsor consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any such legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to the Drawing, the prizes, or these Official Rules.
