The “DINO Days Merch Giveaway Sweepstakes” (“Contest”) is sponsored by HF Sinclair Corporation (referred to hereinafter as “Sinclair” or “Sponsor”). Sponsor and its affiliates, and any other companies or agencies associated with the Contest (such as advertising, promotion, prize providers, fulfillment or judging agencies), together, hereinafter will be referred to as the “Contest Entities.”
Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's (“Entrant” or “you” or “your”) full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions and interpretations of the Contest Entities, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is no limit on the number of entries per person, regardless of the method of entry used. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Ohio and Rhode Island, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Sinclair and its Contest Entities, and its present direct and indirect parents, affiliates, successors, partners and subsidiaries (“Employee(s)”) are not eligible to participate. The immediate families or household members of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Contest is governed by U.S. law, is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, all non-Employee entrants must do the following:
How to Enter: Must follow @sinclairoilcorp on Instagram and/or facebook.com/sinclairoilcorp on Facebook, “like” the giveaway post and tag friends in the comments during the Contest Period (as defined below). Each comment in which an entrant tags a friend constitutes one (1) entry. See below for a free alternate method of entry.
When to Enter: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on June 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on June 5, 2026 (“the Contest Period”). There is no limit on the number of entries per person during the Contest Period.
SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER: This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Instagram, Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from or related to this Contest.
PRIVACY: When you enter the Contest, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Sponsor. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning. Any information you submit as part of the Contest will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes your consent to Sponsor's use of your name, likeness, entry, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: During the Contest Period, Entrants can also send an email to Promotions@HFSinclair.com referencing “DINO Days Merch Giveaway Sweepstakes” in the subject line to receive their entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person during the Contest Period.
PRIZES: One hundred and ten (110) prizes are available: Sinclair care packages (each having an approximate retail value of $49). Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. A list of winners can be obtained at Sinclairoil.com on or after June 8, 2026. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded and other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. No transfer of prize is permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. Unclaimed or rejected prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor will arrange for delivery of prize to the winners depending on the location of each winner.
WINNER NOTIFICATION/VALIDATION: The winners will be chosen at random and announced on or about June 8, 2026 on Sinclair Oil’s Meta Social Media sites, notified via direct message through the social media site and/or notified via email, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner will have ten (10) calendar days from notification to respond. All potential winners are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Failure to respond within the specified time period, inability to contact a potential winner, or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. The Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, delayed or damaged mail or notifications.
RELEASE, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, and DISPUTES: By participating in the Contest, each Entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and any and all of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (e) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, deletion, defect, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or on any mobile application, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action related in any way to the Contest, or any prize that the Released Parties’ combined total liability shall not exceed the cost of entering and participating in the Contest or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any other type of damages or fees, including but not limited to attorney’s fees or punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Without limiting the foregoing, Entrants who are residents of California expressly waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” Each such Entrant acknowledges and agrees that this waiver is an essential and material term of these Official Rules and that, without such waiver, the foregoing release would not apply.
By entering the Contest, each Entrant also agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS OR MASS ACTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants and Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Contest, and any prize, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with United States law and the state laws of Utah (without regard to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-rules of any jurisdiction). Any legal proceedings arising out of this Contest, or any prize or relating to these Official Rules in any way shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in Utah, and Entrants and Sponsor consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any such legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to the Contest, the prizes, or these Official Rules.
