DINOPAY^® FAQs

Yes, DINOPAY^® allows you to securely pay for fuel—and eligible in-store purchases—using your mobile device. Download the free DINOPAY^® app, create an account and add a payment method to your mobile wallet. At a participating Sinclair^® station, simply select the location and pump number in the app, choose your payment method and follow the prompts to begin fueling.

You can also save on fuel, find nearby stations, view digital receipts and track your Sinclair^® purchases.

Mobile payment options vary by station. At participating Sinclair^® locations, DINOPAY^® supports eligible credit cards, Mobile Advantage^™, Apple Pay^® and Google Pay^™ within the DINOPAY^® mobile wallet. Direct contactless or tap-to-pay acceptance outside the DINOPAY^® app depends on the equipment available at each station.

Apple Pay and Google Pay can be added as payment methods within the DINOPAY^® mobile wallet. Direct Apple Pay or Google Pay acceptance at the pump or register may vary by Sinclair^® location, so check the station’s available payment options before fueling.

Contactless-payment availability varies by location and equipment. DINOPAY^® provides a secure, contactless way to pay through your phone at participating Sinclair^® locations, even when conventional tap-to-pay may not be available at the pump.

Use the station locator in the DINOPAY^® app or on the Sinclair^® website to find nearby participating stations. In the app, select a station to see available DINOPAY^® payment options, including “Pay at Pump” or “Pay Inside.” Apple Pay can also be added to your DINOPAY^® mobile wallet. Direct Apple Pay and conventional tap-to-pay availability may vary by location, so contact the station to confirm.

DINOPAY^® is accepted at participating Sinclair^® locations, but availability may vary by station. Use the DINOPAY^® station locator and select a location to see its available services. If “Pay at Pump” or “Pay Inside” appears as an active option, that location accepts DINOPAY^®.

Savings apply to the first 35 gallons purchased or the first $175 of fuel purchased per transaction, whichever occurs first, when paying with DINOPAY^® at participating Sinclair^® locations and are subject to change.

Yes. In addition to everyday fuel savings, DINOPAY^® members can access special offers, promotions and opportunities to earn fuel rewards by playing eligible mobile games. Eligible offers can also be combined, or “stacked,” with everyday savings when permitted by the offer terms.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are general-purpose digital wallets. DINOPAY^® is designed specifically for Sinclair^® customers and combines secure mobile payment with automatic fuel savings, participating-station information, digital receipts, purchase history and additional offers. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be added as payment methods within DINOPAY^®.

Paying with a credit card through DINOPAY^® can give you the benefits of both. You’ll receive immediate per-gallon fuel savings with DINOPAY^® while retaining any eligible rewards offered by your credit card issuer. Or use Mobile Advantage^™ as your DINOPAY^® payment method to maximize your everyday fuel savings. Review your card’s terms to determine whether additional rewards apply.

DINOPAY^® is designed to provide a secure, contactless payment experience. Pay from your phone without swiping, inserting or tapping a physical card at the pump. As with any mobile payment service, protect your phone and account credentials and never share your password or verification codes.

Yes. When “Pay at Pump” is available at a participating Sinclair^® location, you can authorize the pump, pay and receive your digital receipt through the app without going inside. Some purchases, services or age-restricted transactions may still require assistance inside the store.

With DINOPAY^® you can find nearby Sinclair^® stations, get directions, review station amenities, pay at the pump, receive eligible fuel savings and track digital receipts all in one mobile app. You can also save favorite locations and securely manage your payment methods.

Search for “DINOPAY^®” in the Apple App Store^® or Google Play^™, select the official Sinclair^® Oil app and tap “Download” or “Install.” The app is free to download. Make sure you install the latest available version.

2. Create your account and complete the enrollment process.
3. Add an eligible payment method or enroll in Mobile Advantage^™.
4. Use the app to find a participating Sinclair^® location.
5. Select the station and pump number.
6. Choose your payment method and follow the prompts to begin fueling.

Open DINOPAY^® and use the built-in station locator to search near your current location or along your route. You can review station details, available amenities and directions, and save frequently visited stations as favorites. You can also use the station locator on the Sinclair^® website.

Use the DINOPAY^® station locator and select a nearby Sinclair^® location. Stations that accept DINOPAY^® will display active “Pay at Pump” or “Pay Inside” buttons. If those options are unavailable or grayed out, the location may not currently support DINOPAY^®.
