NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
 
The “DINO2NYC” sweepstakes is sponsored by Sinclair Oil Corporation (referred to hereinafter as “Sinclair Oil” or “Sponsor”).  Sponsor and its affiliates, and any other companies or agencies associated with the Contest (such as advertising, promotion, prize providers, fulfillment or judging agencies), together, hereinafter will be referred to as the “Contest Entities.” This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Macy’s or the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®.
 
Participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant's (“Entrant” or “you” or “your”) full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules including the decisions and interpretations of the Contest Entities, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest. Any Entrant who violates these Official Rules shall be subject to disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Contest Entities also reserve the right to disqualify any person for behavior that is, at the Contest Entities’ sole discretion, considered outside the bounds of appropriate behavior relating to the Contest.
 
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person and a limit of one (1) prize per person.
 
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Sinclair Oil, and its present and future direct and indirect parents, affiliates, successors, partners and subsidiaries (“Employee(s)”) are not eligible to participate. The immediate families or household members of Employees are not eligible to participate. The Contest is governed by U.S. law, is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
 
HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER: To enter the Contest, all non-Employee entrants must do the following:
  1. Visit one of the eight sites hosting a DINO2NYC event as indication on contest website: www.dino2nyc.com
  2. Sign photo release form
  3. Agree to official rules as posted on contest website: www.dino2nyc.com
The Contest begins at 10:00:01 AM, Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on Thursday, November 10th, 2016 and ends at 2:59:59 PM PST on Monday, November 21st, 2016 (“the Contest Period”). Only one (1) entry per person is allowed for the entire Contest Period; duplicate entries by the same individual will be disqualified. If a person enters more than one (1) time, all entries from such individual may be disqualified.
 
PRIVACY: When you enter the Contest, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions and information about Sponsor. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Promotion and does not improve your chances of winning. Any information and photo you submit as part of the Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes your consent to Sponsor's use of your name, likeness, entry, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
 
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize is available: airfare for four (4) to New York City, a hotel stay (1 room two double beds) for three (3) nights and $1,000 spending money. One-hundred (100) runners-up prizes are available: display of their contest photo on a screen in Times Square. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded and other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. No transfer of prize is permitted by Winners. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. Unclaimed or rejected prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor will arrange for delivery of prize to the Winners depending on the location of each Winner.
 
WINNER NOTIFICATION/VALIDATION: The grand prize winner will be chosen at random and notified by email and/or telephone, on or around December 1, 2016. Winner will have ten (10) calendar days from notification to respond. All potential Winners are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Runners up will be notified by email and their prizes will be fulfilled within 60 days. The Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, delayed or damaged mail or notifications.
