Human Resources Manager – Sunlight Ranch Company
Sunlight Ranch Company, one of the largest ranching operations in Wyoming and Montana, has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Manager, located at its Littlehorn headquarters near Wyola, MT. Working under the direction of the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for all Human Resources functions including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training, safety, succession planning, etc. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred) or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as five to seven years’ experience in an agricultural setting is required. This person will have strong ties to the West and be capable of selling Sunlight Ranch Company and its geographic location to prospective ranch candidates.
