| Environmental Air Engineer | Full-Time | Open at Sinclair refinery. This position is responsible for the environmental air support to Sinclair refinery operations and may be involved in similar work for Sinclair's pipeline and terminal operations. Job duties include providing technical assistance and regulatory support to refinery staff on air issues at the state and federal level, provide compliance-specific based efforts in support of Title V operating permit and new source review regulations, as well as participate on audit teams to monitor environmental compliance at Sinclair operating facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organization skills as well as be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering degree as well as a minimum of five years experience in envrionmental air, compliance and permitting is required. | | Environmental Engineer - Solid & Hazardous Waste | Full-Time | Open at Sinclair refinery. This position is the environmental professional with regard to RCRA, TSCA, CWA, SDWA and EPCRA. This individual provides environmental compliance support to the refinery in these and other environmental areas as assigned and is responsible for developing strategies, advising management and guiding refinery operations in all aspects of these regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, possess excellent communication skills and good computational and computer skills. Advanced regulatory knowledge with proven negotiation skills is essential. Must be able to effectively communicate regulatory knowledge to refinery technical staff as well as operations and maintenance. | | Human Resources Manager | Full-Time | Open at Sinclair refinery. The Human Resources Manager is part of the senior management team and is responsible for all Human Resources functions at both the Sinclair Wyoming and Casper Wyoming refineries. Job duties involve compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, training, recruiting, hiring and succession planning. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, 7 - 10 years experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, and be willing to live in a remote area as well as be creative in efforts to recruit and retain employees in a remote area. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. | | Instrument and Electrical Technician | Full-Time | Open at Sinclair refinery. This hourly position will be responsible for providing support to the Maintenance department with emphasis on improving process reliability: These activities include but are not limited to the following: troubleshoot, repair, calibrate process flow, pressure, and level transmitters of electronic as well as pneumatic type in a safe manner; ability to troubleshoot and repair process control valves; willing to respond to work callout requests and overtime requests as needed; able to effectively communicate with operators to troubleshoot issues and effect repairs in a timely manner; proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel and data base program data entry; ability to read and understand manufacturers instruction manuals or use direct contact with a manufacturer to troubleshoot. Preferred skills and knowledge: 3-5 years of experience in the Instrumentation field, refinery experience is a plus; ability to install new process control loops; experience with Siemens DCS (APACS, PCS7) or Foxboro systems preferred. |
