The two divisions provide fuel products such as commercial jet fuel, diesel and military fuel, asphalt as well as other fuel products for commercial and industrial use. Because the products required by these professional accounts require fuels that are specified for state-of-the-art equipment, most of the fuel products are manufactured to meet a customer’s precise needs.

Industrial Sales Team Craig Anderson has been with Sinclair for nearly 20 years, as a chief engineer for the marketing group and most recently as a project manager responsible for several projects at Sinclair’s refineries. Craig now handles all of Sinclair’s valued mining customers; his focus is on supplying superior products for complex equipment specifications as well as balancing the requirements established by the EPA and/or state requirements. He has over 35 years of experience as a Professional Engineer with an emphasis on the technical manufacturing so he builds value and oversees all aspects of quality control for our mining and industrial customers.
Commercial Sales Team Craig Menees brings a wealth of experience from Chevron USA, Tamko Asphalt Products and a previous eleven year tenure with Sinclair. Craig has nearly 35 years of experience in managing refinery sales of Asphalt and related residual fuel products. Craig also serves as a primary liaison on many of the issues between contractors and agency procurement officers to better assist the refining department in meeting quality control goals established by customers. Craig manages one asphalt sales representative in Cheyenne to better serve customers in specific regions of the country.
Todd Cawley has been with Sinclair for almost 20 years as the national sales manager handling Sinclair’s national and regional customers. Todd has the know-how to help build relationships with customers by growing their business. Todd provides strategies to help customers focus on core competencies as well as to build plans for expansion in regions based on adequate distribution and supply methods.
